how would I as 5'6, 220lb person, lose weight quickly but healthy way?
I have always been overweight.
now that I'm In highschool I want to be better for myself and others. I'm 15 and want to atleast go to 160-180lb by the end of this school year.,
I would like some advice that can help me lose weight in a quick time frame.
So far I've been working on pullups, (mainly building up grip strength by dangling) push ups, running, and lifting 10lb dumbbells.
I walk for around an hour each day, do pullups for 5mins but I do it repeatedly when I pass my pull up bar, I do push-ups for 5mins a day, and try to lift the dumbbells any chance I get.
