I just want to lose about 10-15 kgs
I am from India ,, i am trying to follow this diet for the past1.5 week :
One protine meal ( whole pulses ,eggs , chicken but mostly pulse)
3 cups of cold coffee 150 -200 ml (really difficult to cut, i like to drink more )
Fruits
One meal with 4 whole wheat chapati .
I have cut all sugar (literally everything), i stopped outside junk food .
I am 6 feet tall and have a almost muscular body,just need to cut the man boobs, thighs and belly. I don't really like to do excercise. But I play a game (football/basketball/volleyball) everyday for one hour .
Am i on a right path ,i want to go slow because if i put too much, itend to break everything and go to my man cave . Actually i am also doing the same thing in my college academics , I am improving myself as a whole . 🙂
