It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t lost ANYTHING! Feeling so annoyed
I recently downloaded the Loseit app, and I really like it so far. I am 27, F, and 170cm. I am trying to get from 180 lbs to 150 lbs. Roughly. I don’t really have an exact goal weight in mind.
I have been logging my calories everyday for 2 weeks, and I’m still sitting solidly at 180 lbs exactly. Loseit has given me a target of 1980 calories per day. I am reasonably active: I get about 11,000 steps per day and 2-3 aerobic workouts per week.
Is 1980 calories too much going forward? I am very bad with diets in general so I’m just feeling like a failure. I thought I was doing great. Does anyone have any advice about what I can do going forward? Should I trust loseit’s calorie target estimation?
