How to lose 30 pounds?
Height: 5'8 Weight: 180. I wanna loose around 30 pounds in the next few months. I've come up with multiple ideas on how to. One is fasting, I want to stop taking in so many calories, so I decided to start fasting. Another is exercising more. Only thing is I don't have access to a gym. But my school does have a gym were I can play basketball, on Tuesday Thursdays and Fridays.
Why I want to lose weight: honestly it's quite annoying that I can't be more athletic, i used to quite fit but school got in the way. Realizing now i let study's get in the way of being healthy. I know it's not an excuse for being overweight but it's kinda of true. Younger I used be athletic and everything, I used to join sports, soccer, baseball, football. Everything to offer. But I stopped and put more time it school. I would rather be healthy and fit with sub par algebraic skills. I know it sounds dumb, but it's really the story.
How to lose the 30 pounds: I'm not expecting to lose 30 pounds in like a couple months, it's obvious unrealistic. But I'm planning to spend all of my lunch breaks in the gym, mostly we always have a basketball game there. So that's one way it would help, but I don't think it's enough. Like I said in the previous paragraph, I don't have any access to a gym. So I'm still figuring out what I could do at home. My second way is fasting. I'm thinking I could fast for a couple of week, per month, or what ever is the healthiest fasting period a person can go. Any tips will be greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
