Lower belly tightening non surgical?
Ive been losing weight since I was 14 years (currently 24 male). I excersise 4-5 times a week (weight lifting and cardio) Ive lost alot of fat in the past years.
Currently im around lets say 13% bodyfat. My problem is my lower belly, the skin is kinda loose. Its not extreme but I can feel that its just loose skin hanging a little bit. I dont know what I should do?
Is there a way to tighten the skin without surgery? And if so , how?
