Scale only goes one way...

I feel like I tried everything to help myself now.

I am overweight as of now and can't force my body to lose weight.

I work out 3-4 times a week. Mix of cardio and machines for full body workout. I track every sip and bite calorie wise while minding to not undervalue calories. I'm on a deficit which I don't reach cause I'm usually not hungry. I don't eat snacks or drink fizzy pop, not struggling here cause protein rich diet helped me to not feel cravings. My diet is about 1/3 protein.

I had some tests to see if my thyroid is the problem but it isn't. I don't retain too much water either. I had a body composition test at the gym and it's almost 40% fat. Water is actually just on par with what it should be since I drink 2 litres a day (a goddamn chore).

I have a Vitamin D deficit but still waiting for a doctor to see me. I try to supplement myself with over the counter supplement in the mean time.

I have poor knee so I had to abstain from running but I still "cheat" on the eliptical machine to push myself more.

I don't know why is it only going up. I feel depressed after I weigh myself week to week and it never went down even half a kilogram..
