Some weekday motivation
To help those struggling this week here are some thoughts to keep you on track
The longer you keep saying no, the easier it gets. Eventually you just stop craving those things.
One thing I always ask myself when I’m feeling like I want to deviate is this; is what I’m about to eat, going to help me achieve my goals, or hurt me?
Remind yourself that there always be more. There’s always going to be Coke to have, there’s always going to be treats, there’s always going to be free lunches. You don’t have to partake right now while you were on your journey.
Also you need to recognize how strong you can be. You’ve resisted the craving this far, awesome. Realize that you are in total control of what you put in your mouth. That is absolute power. There are lots of things go on around you that you can’t control. Your entire world around you could be crumbling, but you still have absolute power and control of what you eat.
