Snacking Problems
Alright. I’ll level with you. I’m not doing absolutely everything I can to lose weight. I am an extremely picky eater, not in a positive way. I loathe every moment exercising. I currently weigh 74Kg (163lb) and am 163cm (5’3).
I am exercising 5 days a week, minimum 30 minutes. I eat hi-fibre porridge every morning. If I’m awake (Shift worker here) I’ll eat lunch. I always have dinner.
My problem is I can’t help but snack (It’s almost always after dinner). I have tried eating fruit when snacking, but a lot of the time I will drift into chocolate or cookies.
How do you control snacking?! (I have tried drinking plenty of water). If you have recommendations on healthy snacks for a fussy eater, that would also be extremely helpful!
