this isn't one of those posts
This isn't one of those posts where I'm doing everything I think I can do and still not losing weight.
Here is where I'm at.
At my highest of 225lbs, I went semi plant based in my diet and started biking for 30 minutes to 45 minutes a day.
I lost over 30lbs.
That was 3 months ago.
Since then I've been losing the same 5lbs.
Want to know why?!
BEER AND NY PRETZELS.
I live in one of the greatest cities in the world.
Known for its pizza, bagels and of course, its giant pretzels.
I got a part time job which turned out to be full time. I'm working 5-6 days a week.
On my days off and when I get out at a decent time, my partner and I just want to do something together.
It always involves beer. It most of the time means a ny pretzel too.
And it's just not 1 beer. It's like 3 to 5 beers.
This is happening way too often.
So my question to you is, what do YOU do for fun that does NOT involve food or alcohol?
I signed up for Spanish lessons and am considering learning how to draw. I've also started reading "Dceased" (comic book) with my partner then discussing it.
