Finally down 4 kilos. Is this a healthy way to lose weight?
Female 280 lbs age 28 years old. I've had trouble with my weight for years, and realized I eat way more than I thought thanks to a calorie tracker. I exercise regularly twice a week for an hour with a personal trainer, mostly cardio and weight lifting.
So I've been replacing my dinner with fruit instead of having a meal.
I'm also having my lunch later in the day aswell. It has been relatively easy and I don't feel hungry at night.
I just want to make sure this is sustainable :)
I usually eat a 800-900 calorie lunch (sandwich with a salad) and then I would have a bowl of watermelon and grapes for dinner. I also like having a glass of wine with my fruit.
