I gained 10kg and lost 15kg the next?
Hey everyone!
I just weighed myself a minute ago and I was shocked to see that the results of my scale which was 110kg last Sunday turned into 95kg today.
For reference, I am a 5'7 female and I do weightlifting 2-3 times a week for 2 hours each session. I used to do it religiously for 5 times per week but had to tone it down due to uni assignments and exams ðŸ˜.
I normally don't weigh myself because I know that you can never trust the scale, but I just wanted a quick check last Sunday. Lo and behold, the numbers were 110kg. I was originally 100kg, so I got disappointed with myself and thought that I wasn't doing enough exercise but I still continued the following week with my normal routine. Now, I saw our weighing scale in my parents office and wanted to try it out for some motivation....Now the numbers say 95kg. Is this normal? Do you randomly just gain and lose weight? Or was that just 15kg worth of water and stool? I'm really confused by the abrupt changes and was hoping someone could share what their experience is with this occurrence.
