I get it - CICO ...... BUT.... How do I do it?

I get it - CICO ...... BUT....

How do I do it? My problems

  1. I get hungry.... how do I reduce my hunger so I can stick to 1400 kcals

  2. I stress eat / mindlessly eat / binge eat. How do I stop that and actually stick to the calories I've planned

Any tips welcome :-)

Doing weight workouts. Aiming for 3x a week but currently being slayed by DOMS!!!
