Very disappointed with myself.
So at the start of this year, I took action to get my weight down. I likely needed to loose around 28lbs and over the first half of year I managed to shift 10lbs.
Then I stalled, but I was maintaining that weight pretty steadily over the summer.
However, my eating has spiraled over the last few weeks I find myself having gained 6lbs. I can feel it as well, I feel very bloated and uncomfortable.
I can make excuses like moving house being stressful and it also led to a few weeks of increased take-outs/quick food options while we got everything sorted, but in the end I still opted to make bad food decisions and overeat - just using moving house as a excuse.
I feel with the holiday season looming it's going to be hard to get back on track. I've slipped back into the "I'll start on Monday" mentality which was something I'd broke out off so that if I did slip up, I wouldn't let it derail me for the rest of the day/week.
