is... is this progress?
I've been struggling to change my eating habits. (I still eat way too much fast food, and I'm trying to curb that.) But I've noticed I haven't eaten a hot dog (a previous staple food) in a few months. I don't even really want them anymore. Same thing with chips of all kinds, and donuts.
So... My real question is this. Is this progress? Because it certainly doesn't really feel like it. I feel like nothing's changed.
