I started with 110.5kg. Today morning: 108kg (-2.5kg)
In my case (and I am happy with this), intermittent fasting works from the first days.
Before: I used to eat so much in the evenings, and I woke up in the mornings feeling so weighty and hard to move my body. Now: I enjoy the mornings and I feel so nice and flexible - like I can fly.
I know, the progress will be slow, but these first days are giving me so much motivation. Day 1: 110.5 kg, Day 2: 108.8 kg, Day 3: 108 kg.
It will take many days until my friends notice a difference, but I am happy I can write this here. Do your best! It will work.
