My collarbone's visible now!

It's been 3 month months or 13 weeks since I started. I did Portion Control, I eat 3-5 meals a day but mostly 3, I did small portion sizes, I still ate rice, fast food, and junk food. I practice Volleyball 2 days ago, but I know that my fatloss came from my diet. I did some workouts 3 days ago, like . - Crunches, Jumping jacks, Planks, Walking, High knees... etc. I mostly do HIIT Cardio and BWF. I do, push ups, wall sit, squats... etc.

I noticed that even if I ate McDonald's at weekends, I can still lose weight/fat. I ate everything I wanted but in Portion Control. I did Overeat several times, but I'm not giving up. 13 weeks, some days were inconsistent, consistent, and hard.

I'm still far, I don't look at scales, but I definitely see changes. I'm gaining little muscle which makes me happy ang I have small celebrations.. I still did workouts even though I was on my menstruation.

Anyways, I'll do my best and hopefully I lose more next year.
