Need a weight loss plan, no clue what i’m doing. Help:)
Hi all. I’m an 18y/o male, roughly 160 lbs at 5’7. 95% of my fat is in my stomach, chest, and face/neck area. My arms and legs are skinny and somewhat muscular.
I honestly eat maybe 2 times a day, not super huge meals, earlier in the day it will be something fairly small, and then a dinner later on. I usually only eat until i feel full, and i’m not a “fast eater.” I also don’t commonly have tiredness after dinner, although there are times i overeat.
I’ve started working out, lifting small weights (10-14lbs) and doing push-ups pretty much everyday but i honestly don’t feel like i’m getting any thinner. I’m trying to cut out non-water liquids, although i drink sweet tea, but i did cut the amount of sugar i brew into it in half to help. It’s much less sweet now.
My target goal is 140lbs, but realistically i want to be built, tone, and healthy. I used to have light abs, semi built arms, and a strong jawline 3-ish years ago, and really would like to get that back.
All of my family is overweight. It limits their everyday life. I do not want such a life. I want to break the system and stay healthy way into adult hood, and build a strong, healthy lifestyle.
I really just want to know if anyone can give me a workout or tips or a plan to lose my desired weight fairly quickly, as i know seeing physical differences will not only make me happier but it will also push me to keep doing what i’m doing. I don’t have fancy weights, and would prefer the workouts be at home for now, as i don’t want to workout in front of people.
