Progress in the same outfit - one year and 35kg/77lbs down

Realised I was wearing a very similar outfit to one I took pre-weight loss, so I compared the two and... bit of a difference!

Started a smidge over a year ago (on November 1st, the before picture is from last September), starting at 117kg, currently down to 82kg. Paper towel effect has been a big factor here - I know I've lost a bunch of weight, but seeing almost the same outfit with that much difference is... wow.

Same button-up shirt, which previously I couldn't do up and which is now much too loose (4XL, not sure what that is numerically). The black t-shirt in the first one is size 22 (Australian, equivalent of US 18), the one in the second is AU 18 (US 14). Jeans have gone from AU 26 (US 22) to AU 22 (US 18, and loose).

What I've been doing: just CICO, honestly. I'm disabled, so I can't really exercise, it's all coming from diet. Doing around 1200 cal a day (I'm 4'11.5" and sedentary, so that little is actually fine for me); maintenance at my GW of 60kg is actually 1,450, so a bit of leeway and the occasional cheat day is fine. Food-wise, I have a what I eat in a day post over on r/vegan1200isplenty (although have since switched out the shake to B Raw, which is 160cal and 30g, and creamy enough with just water to skip the milk).

So, 35kg for the first year! I anticipate the other 20kg-ish will take another year, since it will slow down, and then on to maintenance!
