Struggling
I (20 F) was told by my gp a few days ago I'm overweight. My BMI is 27. Im just under 5ft9 and 180lbs. I completely lose my appetite during the day but as soon as the sun goes down I devour everything in sight to the point where I'll make myself feel heavy and sick.
I know this will probably make me gain weight but I just can't stop? HELP!
I want to get back to how I was pre covid, I was about 140lbs but I didn't do anything to maintain this, I ate junk all the time and went to the gym twice a week halfassed.
NOW I have gained 40lbs and I feel like im going insane because I cannot shake this weight off me no matter how hard I try.
I've cut down my sugar, calorie counted and done HIIT every day for weeks as well as weight training and it hasn't gone. What am I doing wrong?
