Weight stays the same, even if I do everything right. Please help :/
I (31F), want to lose 22 lbs. My goal until the end of this year to lose 9 lbs.
I started in the summer and lost 7 lbs. Then I took a break in the begging if September and I started again on 10th October, I have personal trainer and workout in a gym 1 hour with her + 30 min cardio. I do on average 10k steps/day and I eat around 1300 cal/day. I sleep on average 7 hours.
My height is 5’0” and I weight around 136 lbs. My weight hasn’t moved since I started, it stays around the same number.
What could I be doing wrong? I am sad and losing motivation. Even my PT doesn’t know what I might be doing wrong
