Appetite Suppresant Pills

Has anyone ever tried these before? I developed a nasty habit of eating out of boredom and pleasure because of my struggle with depression. As a result I almost always feel hungry, or at least like I could eat. I've tried sheer willpower before, but it doesn't last long. It'll take some extra help for me to move past the constant hunger, because simply trying to eat less has proved to be like trying not to scratch a constant itch. If anyone has had success with this method, please recommend me particular supplements. Thanks all
