I Need To Lose Weight

Hey! I'm overweight, and have been since I was 8 or 9. I'm pretty sure I had a binge eating disorder around that age, and sometimes still do binge. I'm 15 now, (female) and very scared because if I'm overweight right now, I'll probably be obese in the future. I really want to be a normal, healthy weight. I don't know where to start. I have a really unhealthy relationship with food. I'm about 5'6 (166 ish cm) and weigh around 76-77kg. I have been really insecure in the past, and sometimes am (my feelings towards my body, face etc swing back and forth). Please help.

I have done various things in the past, like Chloe ting two week shreds, through which I lost at least 4 kgs, and inches too, as well as some other diets but I can never be consistent in ANYTHING no matter how easy. I also feel very... faint all the time? I don't know. I have a busy schedule. I also gained more weight this year as I had to give some of my cambridge caies. Please don't be mean.
