What exercise can I do when it’s dark and wet in the winter??
I want to get more active, however I don’t know what exercise I can do!! (I’m 16f in the uk.)
I like walking, however by the time I get home from school it’s extremely dark and wet, and my parents won’t allow me to go out around our neighbourhood, especially since there have been a couple of assaults the past months.
I can’t really get a gym membership, I had one before and used it quite frequently however money is tight atm and I don’t know if I can really afford it. Also it takes out quite a big chunk of my evening when I should be doing homework. I get to go to the gym once a week with school, however I miss it sometimes to do other things and I may not be able to go next term (since we’re on a rotation sort of thing.)
I could do at home workouts maybe? But I have a really small space and I don’t really want my parents to hear me, plus I don’t find them as effective as other things?
Is it okay to just focus on diet until it gets brighter in the evenings or is there a certain exercise someone can recommend? :)
