When do you class your goal as “achieved”?
I currently have a short term weight loss goal of 10 pounds. This morning, the number on the scale showed I had reached that goal! However I am hesitant to celebrate, as this could just be a fluctuation? Fitbit counts the goal as complete as soon as you hit the number you were aiming for, but my fear is tomorrow it’ll go back up and I’ll no longer have achieved that goal? So my question is, personally, do you count your goal as done when you hit the number? Or when it stays on/under your goal weight for a certain number of days? I feel like I should be celebrating but don’t want to kid myself!
