30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 6
Hey fellow DACers!
Finally made it home last night after a few plane rides, was a late night and an early morning today, so I wasn't really able to respond yesterday. I'm home now and will be making every effort to make sure you lovely people stay motivated!
After being on vacation and keeping a lazy calorie count, I righted the ship today and buckled back down. It appears I gained some (hopefully) water weight from some junky vacation food and airport food. Hopefully that disappears in a day or two! Let's move onto goals:
-Get to 272 lbs - 278 I have to keep reminding myself that its mainly water weight from the low of 275.
-Walk/ take the dog for a walk 3x a week. - Finally got the poor pupper out on a good walk tonight! Little guy was so excited he kept running in circles. 1/3 on week
-Stay within my calorie budget everyday. - Did good here, under about 150 calories.
-Continue my tracking streak from last month. - Day 101
