I just got the MyFitnessPal app, and i'm already struggling hehe

I decided i would make spaghetti because it's simple and i wanted to test my new weighing platform + MyFitnessApp i couldn't use before i had a platform. Anyhow, i could use some tips and tricks to weigh things as i made 200g. of pasta (and for some reason i thought i would eat the whole thing), about 125ml of spaghetti sauce and 10ml. of olive oil.

Everything was great before i found out i could only eat about 1/4 to 1/2 of my plate. I fear it's going to be impossible knowing how much calories i ate tonight. Even tho it was only for the sake of testing, do you have any suggestions to make my weighing a little bit easier ? Thanks
