Week one results

This week has gone by so quickly, and the weight has been coming off even quicker. I definitely won’t miss it. Sadly, most of this is water weight and the loss will slow down in the coming weeks. Feeling better has always been my main concern and I’m so glad that I have the energy that I need again. I’m drinking more water than I ever have in my life and I feel so much better.

When it comes to non-scale progress, I can definitely tell that my face is getting smaller. I feel less bloated than I did a few weeks ago. Not to mention, the extra water consumption has definitely helped clear up my adult acne. My brain is working better and harder than before. That is a bonus in itself.

Also to anyone who is going to be negative, I’m eating 1200 calories a day. I’m not starving myself.
