Pumpkin spice season is my downfall

Hi everyone, I’ve been finally making progress on my weight loss. Starting last November, I’ve lost nearly 20 pounds (155 to 137, goal of 132 at 5’4”). It’s been really slow progress but it makes me feel even better about it sticking this time around since I’ve been able to ingrain some solid healthy habits like tracking intake and regular exercise. I’ve lost 2 pant sizes and generally feel great. My problem is that I’m almost at my goal and fall is by far my favorite season for food! I’m eating over my calorie limit while trying to justify it to myself because “it’s only available for ~3 months/year” but I’m worried that I won’t be able to continue my progress if this keeps up. Do you have any problem seasons during the year like this? How do you overcome them? How can I maximize my pumpkin spice consumption while also reaching my goal? :-)
