30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 4
Hello wonderful people,
I hope everyone is loving life & crushing goals! This Tuesday is more like a Monday for me & Mondays are stressful at my work. But I made it!
Weight by end of the month 306 – 308: 315 this morning. Trend weight 316.3.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700ish: I've got 1780 planned for today including a dinner with a bison burger & lots of veggies. I would rather be closer to 1700 than 1800 but I'll work on that weekly average.
Exercise 5 days a week: First tbar workout yesterday. Today maybe a rest day, not sure if I'm ready to swing again today. 3/4 for the month.
Improve my relationship with food & my body: My body feels the right kind of sore today. I'm finally really starting to enjoy the post exercise endorphins. Only took 6 damn months haha.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: I usually end up doing this on the weekend. 1/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: I'll do something festive this weekend. 1/4 weeks.
