What are your secret (and non secret) reasons for wanting to lose weight?

Mine are:

  1. To feel good. To not always be sluggish and tired and dragging myself around.

  2. To look good (self explanatory).

  3. To not be "the fat one". The fat friend, the fat kid, the fat sister, just none of it.

  4. Kind of stupid, but whatever: so that if I'm ever the last one to arrive somewhere by running, nobody will think it's because I'm so fat. Same thing goes for sucking at any sport that you play in a group (baseball, football, basketball).

  5. To not constantly be mistaken for someone much older because I dress like a 30 year old that's given up on life in an attempt to hide myself and my body.

I won't admit to most of these to most people so they're kind of my personal reasons for wanting to lose weight. What are some of yours? Don't worry, nothing is so strange that it hasn't been thought by anyone else.
