Disabled people of r/loseit, how do you weigh yourselves?

For context, I'm 5'4" and a wheelchair user (CP). I can stand and walk with aid (crutches), but not for long periods. After what seems like my millionth attempt at trying to weigh myself with no help, I want to throw the scale out the window.

The only two times I've been able to step on the scale have been with my partner's help, but the second reading was inaccurate. According to the last time I was weighed accurately--over a month ago--I was 154 lbs.

My partner works 50+ hour workweeks. By the time they get home in the evenings, I know the last thing they want to do is help me struggle on to the scale. My disability can be draining. Being my caregiver can be draining. I get it.

All I want is to get up in the morning and weigh myself. I just want to track my progress like everyone else.

Any recommendations?
