I started on May 7th, and I’ve lost 30 pounds as of today!

I stumbled upon this sub earlier in May, and it’s definitely inspired me to start bettering myself. I am a 20 year old male, about 5’10, and my initial recorded weight was 309.8 pounds. As of today, July 8th, I weigh 279.2 pounds. I’ve done all this through CICO and I can’t believe how easy this has been! If I would’ve known you didn’t have to work out every day and starve yourself just to lose weight I would’ve never ballooned up to 300+ pounds in the first place! While I haven’t really noticed a difference visually, I’m sure there are differences. All through high school I was about 210-220, which is still a bit overweight but it wasn’t bad. After I graduated I was in college and working at McDonald’s full time, where I worked for about 2 years. I had bouts of depression and my busy schedule gave me an excuse to eat junk and fast food in between work and school. I’m just glad I’m finally getting back on the right track, thanks to the supportive community here.
