My first full body progress pic - down 60lbs - it's more than I thought!

Okay, so my lower legs aren't visible, but you know.

Weighed in at 215 the other day. Holy shit, y’all. I haven’t been this light since 7th grade at the latest. I have had some mad face gainz, but I still hate my body so I never took a photo. I never wanted to see it, and when I would accidentally I would cringe. When I was younger someone told me I look like Shrek, and that still stays with me - but now when I look in the mirror, I don't see Shrek. I just compared two work photos, one from a couple of months before I started ~275-280lbs, and one from a couple weeks ago (~215lbs). I get really bent out of shape (pun intended) because I still have moobs, and I still have a tummy. I feel like I haven't changed at all, despite seeing the numbers on the scale change. But I feel smaller - people tell me this, and I feel it, but I thought it was all in my head until now.

PROGRESS PICS ARE IMPORTANT!!!! I CAN SEE IT NOW!!!!

I think I might be annoying my social media friends with progress pics every couple of months but I DON'T GIVE A FUCK, YO.

I fully give credit to r/loseit , MyFitnessPal, and my Apple Watch's fitness tracking functions.
