This post signifies the start of my weight loss journey.
I am 17 years old and I have spent most of my time in high school ignoring my weight. Going into senior year I want to get in good shape and establish healthy living habits that I can sustain for the rest of my life. My goal is to lose around 15-20 pounds by eating healthier and exercising. I am going to start by cutting out most of the snacks I eat throughout the day and drinking only water and sparkling water (because it is to hard to live without). I'm also going to stop eating microwavable meals and start opting for healthier options like salads and wraps. Finally I am only going to eat three meals a day. I am also going to try to get 2 hours of exercise every day by jogging and swimming. I am going to start asking my swim coach for good workouts. The reason I am posting this is so I don't give up, and I'm gonna start doing my best to encourage all of you! Good luck losing that weight.
