Who else has been saying "I'll start again on Monday?"... How do I get myself motivated again?
I was working out for years and absolutley loved going everyday and dedicating a hour and a half of my time at the gym to work on my fitness. I was feeling great about my looks and felt healthy overall.. My eating was on Track for the first half if 2017.. Thanksgiving of last year hit and its been rocky ever since. All the weight I lost.. Ive put back on. . I feel sluggish, shortness of breath and ugly.. Monday morning comes and I tell myself im going to go to the gym after work... And it never happens.. Im afraid of being judged. Im afraid ill start comparing myself to others and that ill feel ashamed that i fell off track..
