30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 2
Hello wonderful folks!
It's day two of September! I can't even. I hope you are all crushing it out there! I have tomorrow off for Labor Day but it's still Sunday meal prep over yonder.
Weight by end of the month 306 – 308: 314.6 this morning. I think that may have been dehydration. I slept poorly so I had a late start today. Trend weight 316.4.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700ish: Late start so I have 1200 calories left in the day. I think I'll make it haha.
Exercise 5 days a week: I'm going to do a lower back routine & then either HIIT or go for an evening walk. 2/2 for the month.
Improve my relationship with food & my body: I haven't binged & I'm not ravenous. Win.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: Last night. 1/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: I'm going to do a face mask tonight after a long shower. My apartment is clean, I am not. Blech.
