Worst doctor's visit

I've always been a bigger a guy growing up. Never liked the fact that I was usually the biggest in most rooms I was in, but also never really did anything about. I would try diets here and there but never stuck with anything.

When I went to an urgent care clinic this morning they did the typical viral checks, including weight. When I saw I was 309 lbs, it hit me that I something has to change in order to live and have the life I want.

In the coming weeks I plan on slowly changing my habits and researching as much information and recipes as I can.

So here's to a new beginning and start to a healthier me.
