I weighed myself just now before my evening shower and I'm appalled at how much weight I've gained over the last couple of months (25f, 182lb, 5'5") HELP

I have been ignoring it. The sleeves on tops felt tighter and my jeans have a distinctive muffin top over them now. My legs are bigger again which is something I've always struggled with along with my bingo wings.

I'm officially back to being 182 lb at 5'5" when I was just over 145 lb three years ago.

I used to have a PT and do Krav Maga three nights a week for two hours. I used to be able to run 5km without stopping.

I need to kick start myself into losing at least 40 lb and then maintaining. I've been too complacent recently with what I eat, how much I go to the gym or work out. This is way beyond a Christmas overload now.

I'm going to start with CICO and do some bodyweight training at home. I need to be truthful and even over exaggerate when calculating rather than be hideously under and kid myself into thinking I have enough left for a chocolate bar or a packet of crisps.

Just thinking over what I've eaten today in terms of calories tells me all I need to know about why I've gained weight.

I have kettle bells up to 8kg and am thinking of running in the mornings before work once I lose some podge.

Wish me luck guys and gals. I'mma need it!

Day one starts tomorrow bright and early. Who says hump day can't be a day for change.
