Motivated, But No Energy To Exercise
Hello!
I am struggling. I have absolutely no energy. I eat well (my weight issues come from eating too much of a good thing, rather than from junk food), I sleep fine most of the time, I stay hydrated, I do a decent job in these areas. But when I get off work, I literally can't do A N Y T H I N G. Not even things I would enjoy. I'm just exhausted. All the damn time.
For reference, I am 28 and female, no kids, 135 lbs and 5 ft 3 (so really only looking to lose 10-15 pounds) and a not-too stressful normal 40 hour a week job. I should not be this tired all the time. Nobody around me is.
I've had bloodwork and tests and I am totally normal.
But...Is this normal? Do I just have to figure out how to push past this in order to exercise after work? Does everybody feel this way and my frame of reference is just limited? Are there supplements or behaviors I can add to my lifestyle to help with this?
