Week One of Weight Watchers - Down 7.2lbs!

I feel pretty damn good so far. I still have approximately 70lbs to go until I hit my goal weight, but I’m finally optimistic and happy about my progress.

My weigh in days for WW are every Thursday at 5pm. So far I’ve dramatically upped my exercise and I’m enjoying it.

A lot of the times it a mental battle to get my ass up and go to the gym, and then to give it my all while there, but I feel really good after.

I did end up missing three days last week while I travelled for work, but that’s no excuse as I could’ve worked out in the hotel gym. I also ate like a pig a few of those nights and drank too much.

This week I want to exercise at least five days total. So far I’ve just been slaying on the elliptical by going about 45 minutes each time to the tune of 500ish calories (not that much most likely as those machines are off), and then getting my ass kicked in a group class.

Here’s to another very productive week - gonna try and get eight lbs this time by hitting some extra exercise!
