Exercise 5 days a week: Friday is one of my usual rest days. 0/1
Self-care journaling once a week & love journals once a month: I like to do this on the weekends, so I'll get after it soon! 0/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: It's a brand new week, I've got some time to decide how best to treat myself. 0/4 weeks.
Practice drawing everyday: Drew some lion head/manes. My stuff in general is starting to look better but I've got a lot of practicing to get after! 1/1
