I’m going to try one more time

I can’t seem to shake my last 15 lbs to my goal weight. I’ve been stalling for months because it feels like every single time I go off track even a little bit I get so discouraged because that 200 calories over maintaining means my whole week was wasted since I was at a small steady deficit (260/day).

I’m going to do this, for myself and for my body. I’m not going to binge the first chance I get. I need to do this. My plan is 1,200 calories with 400 burned give or take, putting me at a 600 deficit for the day. The math adds up, and I made a specific chart to keep me accountable. I can do this in 2 months, I’ve done it before. This post is just to keep me accountable.
