Calorie Question
I know there’s a specific sub for calorie counting, but I’ve never posted in that sub and I’m pretty comfortable with the community here. So a couple days ago I downloaded a calorie counting app, and today I actually used it! I was able to eat under 1,574 calories like they told me to!
One of my worries is I’m not sure I counted right. I know for breakfast and lunch I was accurate, but I live at home with my family and don’t really get a say in what we eat for dinner. Today we had grilled burgers (courteous of my stepdad) and some oven baked potato fries. I ate the pretty much the whole burger, half the bun, and like ten fries. That wouldn’t be over 800 calories, right? I googled it and google said a loaded burger would only be like 450 or something like that, and my mom said probably not. If it’s not over 800 than I ate under my calorie goal.
My other worry is the fact that, while I’m almost positive I ate under, my Sat Fat, Fat, and Protein are all technically above average. The fats are in the red and Protein is in the orange. I know counting micro nutrients is a thing but I don’t think I’d be able to do that. Since I’m not counting micro nutrients should I not worry about those being over if I ate under my calorie goal?
