Started feeling drunk and confused during day 2.
I’ve dieted before, and on much higher deficits. Yesterday I ate 1300 calories, the night before 1200. I was doing great all day (130 day), and the last bit of food I had was at 17:00. Through the evening I began getting tired, and at 00:00 I knew something was up. I assumed nothing of it and just tried to get some sleep, but by 02:00 my mind felt drunk. Like, my thoughts were slow. I was even confused about wether 1600 was bigger or smaller than 1500 calories because I was thinking of it as time. Idk how to explain that thought process but that’s how confused I was. I just quit then and there and ate some sugar (my best guess was I needed some sugar) and I had a grilled cheese then fell asleep. The next day I feel fine, but I don’t want to repeat yesterday. What’s the deal?
