Thanksgiving day yolo weight gain and take it off goal
Hosted Family for Turkey day and home cooked full meal. Started day with a hard 45 min peloton skin then grubbed without regard:
Turkey Stuffing Mash potato Gaelic Bread Brisket Pumpkin pie Whip cream Cookies
2.4 weight gain from the meal which I thought would actually be worse. Goal is to flush out that extra water retention from carbs and get back to pre Turkey weight by Sunday / Monday. Thinking solid 45 today + 30 weights with water all day / greens and cut back out carbs will get your boy back on track.
What did you eat and your plan to get back on track?
