Am I doing this right?

Hello guys, so I started to cut 11 weeks ago. My start weight was 89.6 kgs. I am 175 cm guy and I train 3x a week (1 hour of strength training and 9k steps walk after). I am now at 85.7 kgs.

So, during my first 2 weeks, I was eating 2.2k calories per day. I didn't lose weight on my first 2 weeks so I decided to cut 200 kcal more. The morning of July 6, I weighted 87.7 kgs and I was very happy. But, I thought I should cut down more, so I decided to cut down my calories to 1800/day starting 3rd week of July.

I take creatine, and my estimate is I am losing around 1 lb per week. I don't want to lose muscle mass, so I was wondering if I should go back to eating 2k calories/day? My only worry with that my weight loss might be halted and I might gain fat again? Btw, I noticed I am gaining strength in the gym, so does that mean I am gaining muscle mass too? I am at a loss here and I don't know what to do to continue.
