I don't know if it's possible to tell from this, but should I have lost weight judging by these statistics?
The last 6 weeks has been going pretty much the same way as the two weeks in the photo linked. I don't own a scale, haven't kept track of my measurements and feel like I should have lost some, but haven't or it's extremely slow. My exercise is pretty much just walking 8000-15000 steps per day, plus sitting or standing at work. I'm a female, 36, height 171 cm and weigh around 83-85 kg I think.
