BMR Question
So straight to the point, past 2 weeks I’ve gotten back to going gym after a year or so, and this time I’ve properly looked after my diet, I’ve been doing 1600 Calories a day (I’ve even bought a scale) but just found out today that my BMR is 1706 Calories.
Am I harming my body by eating at 1600 Calories, Ive stayed at consistent weight these past 2 weeks.
I am 5’6 (169cm) and 79kg, 21% Fat Mass
