I think I am hitting another plateau
I have been running every morning and hitting the gym consistently (5-7 times a week) for 3 weeks straight and counting calories. I’ve lost about 13 pounds in that timeframe. I think I hit a weight loss plateau (currently at 311 pounds). I try to stay below 2000 calories, but my hunger has decreased significantly in the past two weeks.
Does anyone have any advice on how to overcome plateaus? Should I just stick to my program and hope that the consistency will help ride the plateau out?
