Starting/Restarting Today!
Just needed to tell somebody, anybody, that I’m committing to getting healthier, TODAY! I’m 30, have a 2 year old, and have gained so much weight the last couple of years. Have been eating really unhealthy and not moving. I used to love working out and being healthier and just need to get back to that.
I’m 5’ 0” and 165 pounds. I’d really like to get to a normal, healthy bmi at around 120-130 pounds.
Tomorrow, I will start with drinking more water, less snacking, more veggies, and committing to any movement for 30 minutes everyday.
Here we go!
